Ready Set Recover is designed to start 16 days before surgery and you’re unfortunately already inside that timeframe. But there’s good news!

You can still do the program, but it will start AFTER your surgery on . The process will still be beneficial and can help you lessen stress and feel in greater control during recovery, and really, anytime. However, the Daily Actions we send won’t align with the timing of your procedure and some won’t be relevant (i.e. what to pack).

If you’d like to continue, we’d certainly like to be there for you.

You can still do the program. The process will still be beneficial and can help you lessen stress and feel in greater control during recovery, and really, anytime. However, since your surgery has taken place, the Daily Actions we send won’t align with the timing of your procedure and some won’t be relevant (i.e. what to pack).
